Our Aims are

As per our constitution, our aims are:

• to provide pathways into professional work and break down barriers for young and emerging creatives in the performing arts
• to allow emerging creatives to gain skills, experience and visibility at the grassroots level through production opportunities, peer-to-peer training, mentorship, workshops and networking events
• to foster community and collaboration among emerging creatives in the Edinburgh area
• to encourage innovation and creativity by providing artists with the space, resources and support to develop new work
• to create and present work that is “raw, irreverent, and adventurous”
• to engage audiences through bold, urgent stories that amplify marginalised voices and challenge the status quo
• to connect with the wider community and inspire others through observed rehearsals, talks, sharings, workshops, and performances
